Black Cat Surveying delivers both commercial/residential EPCs and Home Information Packs in the South-East of England at very competitive rates. Black Cat is truly independent and will always put the client first. Black Cat aims to provide a polite courteous professional service. We provide a fast service and usually complete the HIP in a format ready for marketing purposes on the same day of instruction. This applies to our residential and commercial instructions, but is dependent on access to property. All our energy assessors are accredited with appropriate regulatory bodies and have an intimate knowledge of the building environment which is essential to the quality of our energy performance certificate assessments. The assessor will endeavour to ensure that the report is as accurate as possible. Since October 2008, Energy Performance Certificates have been mandatory for all properties. All Energy Performance Certificates are registered and validated with Landmark.
Quality
All our services and products are subject to regulary audits and scrutiny by independent government certification schemes. BRE global audit Black Cat Surveys on a frequent basis. Photographs, site note and plans are collected and stored electronically for 10 years.
